Spaghetti antara menu kegemaran anak-anak.  Kalau Mee Goreng pun boleh tahan laju nya tapi kalau pasta lagi laju berdesup. Tak tau nape depa ni tekak western. Takde pun salasiah family dari bangsa omputeh. MakPak Melayu sejati muka jawooo jurr! HAhaa .. Kalau kat rumah ni wajib masak 2 pack spaghetti baru puas makan. Kebetulan sejak kelmarin, Nina tak berapa sihat so kakak Eillya lah yang ke dapur  bertukang kelentang kelentung. Entah apa aje buatnya. Hari pertama dia masakkan bubur nasik + ikan bilis superb garing air fryer, next day nasi makan sama ikan bilis semalam jugak (jadi laaa syukur) dan semalam dia masak pasta Spaghetti Aglio Olio ala resepi Che Nom. Adek-adek suka, mama lagi laaa suka. Sekali sekala coti masak sapa tak suka iyer tak?

Tu menu dia tak berapa rajin, sekali mood rajin mai . . . habis dia buat selerak dapur.
Dengan entah apa menu western dia masak, bikin roti laaa, bikin cake laa, biskut laa. Huru hara dapur! Tak sanggup masuk dapur. Berkecah. “Ku tahan jebat amarah ni”
Dah bilang sesiap, sebelum abah balik kasi settel dapur seperti sedia kala. Haa gitu.

Bila Eillya cakap gini, terus teringat tujuan asal terhasilnya blog Nina ni . Awal dulu memang Nina hanya share resipi jer, asal masak je terus share dalam blog. Memacam Nina masak dan cuba dulu. Segala jenis kueh, masakan berlauk, bergoreng, makanan segera homemade. Huishhh… Rajin nau si Nina tu dolu! Sekarang usah tanya HAhaa (kekangan masa seiring usia kot, anak pun bertambah)

Dolu tulis resipi dalam blog untuk rujukan kemudian hari, kot anak-anak nak masak ikut style Nina ke, boleh laa depa rujuk sini. Dan Alhamdulillah sejak anak sulung Nina dah besar memang impian tu tercapai. Eillya kerap rujuk blog Nina bila mood rajin masak/baking dia mai. Alhamdulillah menjadi! Tak terungkap berbunga-bunga hati ni awakk . . .

Cuma resepi Spaghetti Aglio Olio tak done nak share. Maka cakap ngan Eillya follow laa blog lain yang dipercayai. Your 2nd choice. Dia pilih Che Nom. Hurrmm.. Youtuber masak-masak zaman laa ni kann? Kita dulu tak fikir lain terus cari Mat Gebu atau kak Azlita. Perubahan masa dan citarasa kot kann? Its ok memana pun ok

Eh panjang lak membebel. Moh terus ke resepi Spaghetti Aglio Olio Che Nom style Eillya. Zasss!

Resepi Spaghetti Aglio Olio Che Nom

Bahan-Bahan
500 gram spaghetti (1 paket)
1/2 mangkuk kecil minyak zaitun
5 ulas bawang putih, cincang halus
1/2 biji bawang besar Holland, potong dadu kecil
2 sudu besar chilli flakes
1/2 sudu besar serbuk lada hitam
1 ketul kiub ayam
1 mangkuk besar udang, buang kulit
4 ekor sotong, buang lapisan kulit (tak letak, takde stok)
capsicum hijau (takde stok gak)
capsicum merah
tomato kecil, potong 2 jika suka
daun ketumbar ATAU daun parsley, hiris nipis. (tak letak jugak)
Tambahan : isi ketam, goreng asing tabur atas spaghetti lepas dah siap

Cara-cara
1. Rebus spaghetti dan toskan.
2. Panaskan minyak zaitun dan tumis bawang putih bersama bawang holland sehingga kekuningan dan layu.
3. Masukkan chilli flakes dan serbuk lada hitam.
4. Kemudian masukkan udang dan sotong.
5. Masukkan pula spaghetti diikuti capsicum dan tomato. Taburkan kuib ayam yang sudah dileraikan. Boleh tuang sedikit air rebusan spaghetti supaya bahan-bahan semua sebati semasa proses menggoreng spaghetti.
6. Perasakan dengan garam secukup rasa . Kiub ayam sudah masin jadi berhati-hati dengan anggaran garam yang dimasukkan. Angkat dan tabur isi ketam yang dah digoreng asing semasa menghidang. Nak sedap boleh jugak tabur parmasen cheese. Takde stok so lain kali laaa letak.

Nina dah pernah share Tips cara masak pasta yang betul sebelum ni.  memandangkan ada sikit kerajinan so Nina tulis Eh! Type lagi sikit kat sini tuk korang. Baik kann ai? HEhee

Tips untuk merebus spaghetti dengan betul ialah masak air yang banyak di dalam periuk sehingga mendidih. Masukkan garam dan spaghetti. Pastikan  spaghetti tenggelam sepenuhnya. Rebus sehingga spaghetti mencapai tahap “al dente” atau masih sedikit keras. Toskan air dan cepat-cepat tuangkan sedikit minyak zaitun kemudian gaul sebati supaya spaghetti tidak melekat bila sejuk nanti.

Ok overall resepi Che Nom ok cuma pedas sikit buat yang tak tahan pedas. Ker black pepper Nina yang pedas sangat.
