Selamat Pagi …!!
Dah breakfast ke kengkawan? Sarapan apa tadi…? Walaupun diet, jangan skip sarapan yaa, kesian perut tuu dah semalaman berehat. Kasi dia keje sikit supaya kita pun aktif sama. hehe… Tak makan camner nak buat keje, nanti lesu lemau longlai. Orang yang ada sikap Cik ‘M’ malas ni tengok pun menyampah! Syuhh Syuhhh…. pi jauh-jauh negetif mood. Kita ambik aura yang positif aje!

Sapa suka makan kek pisang? Korang suka tak ker rasa macam old school sangat kalau makan kek pisang. Yelah, kek zaman dolu-dolu. Apa kurlass yer tak? Tak de topping, tak cantik, alahai…. Pisang ngan kek jer. Hurmm….

Tapi jangan pandang sebelah mata hokey! Kat blog Nina ni, carian utama setiap hari adalah Resepi kek Pisang Gebu Moist Sedap Mudah ni… (Klik)  Dari sini Nina tahu masih ramai yang sukakan Kek Pisang Homemade. Dan rajin nak buat sendiri dari beli. Yelah, kalau beli pun ada yang tak sedap.. Tak menepati citarasa, tak moist, kering, pastu rasa perisa. Kannn…??

Ada bisik-bisik cakap “Huk Alohhh…. Kek Pisang aje pun nak kecuh. Beli jer dah settel”… Hurmm… Tapi bila kek pisang tuu homemade + kasih sayang orang yang mengadunnya ituu yang buat Kek Pisang tu jadi lagi sedap! Sekejapan licin! Lagipun Kek Pisang bagus untuk anak-anak. Berkhasiat, kaya dengan sumber protien. Pisang kann… Original taste bukannya kek perisa dan colour-colour.

Resipi paling senang  tapi sedap!! Sukatan cawan – Blend aje

Kali ni Nina kongsikan resepi yang lagi mudah dan cepat! Lagi best resepi ni sukatan cawan pastu kita blend aje. Ya , blend semua pastu bakar. Tak payah mixer. Kalau tak de oven, boleh aje kukus. Ikut suka korang. Yang ini Nina bakar. Maklumlah rumah Nina kecik jer, kalau kukus berwap seluruh ruang dah macam sauna Nina kat dapur. hehee…

 

So far Resepi ini yang paling best, moist, sedap lagi gebu. Nak lagi sedap pisang nya harus yang betul-betul dah masak harum manis. Pastu gula kalau tak nak manis sangat, gantikan dengan gula perang atau separuh gula putih separuh gula perang. Sedap gula perang ni lain tau..!!

 

Bab telur… Kalau korang rasa nak cuba yang tanpa telur memang terasa perbezaan kejadian kek tu nanti. Percaya lah… Kek yang ada telur lebih gebu, moist dan sedap! Setakat 3 biji telur nak jimat tapi result nya keciwa.. Oh Tidak! Dah rugi part tepung, pisang, gula, masa dan tenaga. Renung-renung kan.. Selamat beramal… #ehh macam pernah dengar kann.. hahaa

Resepi Kek Pisang Moist Gebu Sedap Mudah Blend aje

Tadaa …. Cer tengok – gebu, moist. Sedap weyyy….

Resepi Kek Pisang Viral Moist Gebu Sedap Blend je

Bahan-bahan
2 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu teh baking powder
1 sudu teh soda bikarbonat
**ayak semua dan satukan**

4 biji pisang berangan (kalau tak de, gantikan dengan pisang emas dalam 7-8 biji) Atau lenyekkan pisang  apa-apa nama,  emas belayar ke, tanduk gading ke,   janji dapat secawan
1 cawan minyak (nina guna minyak jagung)
1 cawan gula (nak lagi sedap separuh gula putih, separuh gula perang)
3 biji telur
** blend semua**

 

Cara penyediannya
1-. Bahan tepung disatukan lalu diayak dan dimasukkan dalam bekas besar. Kemudian tuang bahan yang dah diblender ke dalam bekas tepung tadi.
2-. Kaup balik tepung dan bahan blender hingga sebati.
3-. Alaskan loyang dengan kertas minyak,(Nina pakai loyang petak size 8inch). Tuangkan adunan dan bakar pada suhu 170c selama 1jam atau sehingga kek masak. Cucuk tengah dengan lidi (kalau lidi bersih tanda kek dah masak) . Kalau kukus, dalam 45 minit.
4-. Dah sejuk sedia dihidangkan…

 

Senang aje kan..?? Sap sap suiii aje! Yang penting, dari air tangan orang tersayang pasti lagi sedap, bersih dan halal toiyibban…

      Assalam..terima kasih kongsi resepi…ini kali kedua saya buat..kali ini dlm situasi perintah berkurung tahun 2020 sekarang.
      Untuk 2 adunan sy sukat pisang yg di lenyek ikut sukatan tepung.
      Utk gula pula sy letak gula putih separuh dan susu pekat separuh.
      Mohon maaf sbb derhaka ngan resepi yg di kongsi.
      Sy guna 2 loyang berukuran. 6 x 6 sbb xberani guna 1 loyang yg besar takut xcukup masak dibhgn tengahnya.

    Saya suka makan yang berkaitan pisang waktu panas2 je (kecuali cekodok pisang). bila da sejuk atau terletak 2 3 hari memang tak makan le jawabnya. Anak2 pun tak suka.

    Dah Try semalam…. memang gebu.. cuma texture tak macam Nina Mirza buat… moist ..kasar dan gebu cantik..
    saya punya halus dan gebu dan tak ada dah texture pisang nya .. adakah terlalu lama blen sehingga pisang nya
    terlalu halus… tentu ada tips yg boleh jadi cantik macam Nina Mirza buat.. dan lagi kek saya naik tinggi di tengah dan merekah.. ( apa bahan yg terlebih… apa apa pun mesti nak try lagi resepi Nina Mirza.

      90 gram = 3/4 caw an
      125 gram = 1 cawan
      250 gram = 2 cawan
      500 gram = 4 cawan
      10 gram = 2 sudu kecil
      15 gram = 2 sudu besar

      Sukatan Gula
      80 gram = 1/4 cawan
      125 gram = 1/2 cawan
      190 gram = 3/4 cawan
      250 gram = 1 cawan
      500 gram = 2 cawan
      10 gram = 1 sudu kecil
      15 gram = 1 sudu besar

      Sukatan Mentega
      80 gram = 1/4 cawan
      125 gram = 1/2 caw an
      190 gram = 3/4 cawan
      250 gram = 1 caw an
      500 gram = 2 cawan
      10 gram = 1 sudu kecil
      15 gram = 1 sudu besar

      Sukatan Cecair
      50 ml = 1/4 cawan
      125 ml = 1/2 cawan
      180 ml = 3/4 cawan
      250 ml = 1 cawan
      1000 ml @ 1 liter = 4 cawan (1 Quart)
