Kali ni Nina kongsikan resepi yang lagi mudah dan cepat! Lagi best resepi ni sukatan cawan pastu kita blend aje. Ya , blend semua pastu bakar. Tak payah mixer. Kalau tak de oven, boleh aje kukus. Ikut suka korang. Yang ini Nina bakar. Maklumlah rumah Nina kecik jer, kalau kukus berwap seluruh ruang dah macam sauna Nina kat dapur. hehee…
Selain kek Pisang, kalau ada extra pisang kat rumah, Nina suka gak buat Resepi Apam Gebus Moist dan kadang terlebih rajin Nina bikin Resepi Lepat Pisang Mudah. Paling malas, buat bubur/pengat aje… Malas lagi, Ehh …. Tak rajin, tak kuasa sila dimakan begitu saja! hahaa . . . .
Tips kek Pisang sedap – pastikan pisang masak ranum
So far Resepi ini yang paling best, moist, sedap lagi gebu. Nak lagi sedap pisang nya harus yang betul-betul dah masak harum manis. Pastu gula kalau tak nak manis sangat, gantikan dengan gula perang atau separuh gula putih separuh gula perang. Sedap gula perang ni lain tau..!!
Bab telur… Kalau korang rasa nak cuba yang tanpa telur boleh je tapi memang akan rasa perbezaan kejadian kek tu nanti. Percaya lah… Kek yang ada telur lebih gebu, moist dan sedap! Setakat 3 biji telur nak jimat tapi result nya keciwa.. Oh Tidak! Dah rugi part tepung, pisang, gula, masa dan tenaga. Renung-renung kan.. Selamat beramal… #ehh macam pernah dengar kann.. hahaa

Resepi Kek Pisang Viral Moist Gebu Sedap Blend je
Resepi oleh : Nina Mirza
Bahan-bahan
2 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu teh baking powder
1 sudu teh soda bikarbonat
**ayak semua dan satukan**
4 biji pisang berangan (kalau tak de, gantikan dengan pisang emas dalam 7-8 biji) Atau lenyekkan pisang apa-apa nama, emas belayar ke, tanduk gading ke, janji dapat secawan
1 cawan minyak (nina guna minyak jagung)
1 cawan gula (nak lagi sedap separuh gula putih, separuh gula perang)
3 biji telur
** blend semua**
Cara penyediaan Resepi Kek Pisang Viral Moist gebu Sedap Blend je
1-. Bahan tepung disatukan lalu diayak dan dimasukkan dalam bekas besar. Kemudian tuang bahan yang dah diblender ke dalam bekas tepung tadi.
2-. Kaup balik tepung dan bahan blender hingga sebati.
3-. Alaskan loyang dengan kertas minyak, (Nina pakai loyang petak size 8inch). Tuangkan adunan dan bakar pada suhu 170c selama 1jam atau sehingga kek masak. Cucuk tengah dengan lidi (kalau lidi bersih tanda kek dah masak) . Kalau kukus, dalam 45 minit.
4-. Dah sejuk sedia dihidangkan…
Senang aje kan..?? Sap sap suiii aje! Yang penting, dari air tangan orang tersayang pasti lagi sedap, bersih dan halal toiyibban…
Ok daaaa… Nina nak ngadap kek pisang sedap moist gebu ni ngan kopi O kaw! Wallaa….
Nanti kannn kot korang dah pandai lagi rajin, korang wajib try Resipi Kek Coklat Moist ni lak tau! Ya ampun . . . Resipi ni gerenti jadi. Ni laaa resipi yang Nina dok sukat timbang pakai bila adanya kengkawan order kek ngan Nina. Ramai suka, repeat order gitu.
